Overview

Mario’s pigmented, full-coverage eye pencil is perfect for defining, tightlining & creating soft wings. Use the custom brush for soft symmetrical lines by smudging or smoking out.

Now available in matte and metallic finishes.

Comes with a black Master Pigment Pro® Pencil Sharpener to ensure your pencil maintains a nice, clean, sharpened tip. Sharpener features a removable cleaning stick so you can remove excess shavings and enjoy even sharpening with every use.

LINE: Line the eye to the outer corner.
BLEND: Flip the pencil and use the brush to blend and soften the liner up and out a bit.
DEFINE: For further definition, apply one more layer along the lash line.

I bought this eye pencil with high expectations, but unfortunately, I am quite disappointed. The main issue is the drying time: the product sets almost instantly on the eyelid. You don't have even a second to blend it out or adjust the line.
As a result, the built-in brush is completely useless, as the color is already "locked" by the time you try to use it. I would only recommend this to someone looking for a sharp, graphic line that doesn't budge, but if you want a soft or smoky look, this is not the right product.I bought this eye pencil with high expectations, but unfortunately, I am quite disappointed.
