SHIPMENTS TO FORWARDING COMPANIES


Makeup By Mario is not responsible for damaged, missing items or loss that occurs to goods delivered to a forwarding company. Makeup By Mario is not required to provide a replacement or refund for any goods delivered to a forwarding company. If you choose to use a forwarding company, we recommend requesting the forwarder refuse any packages that arrive damaged. If a package is lost or damaged after being received by the freight forwarder, it is the responsibility of the freight forwarder.

PAYMENT VERIFICATION

In an effort to protect our valued customers, all orders are subject to payment verification. Please ensure all payment information is correct prior to order placement. If we are unable to verify this information, your order will be cancelled.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Once your order has been submitted, a confirmation email will be sent for your records. This email confirms that your order has been received and has begun processing.

ORDER TRACKING

A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once the order is processed (typically within 1 to 2 business days of order placement). Please note: It may take up to 1-2 business days for your tracking number to show shipping updates.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders placed by 11:59am EST Monday through Friday will begin processing the same business day. Processing may take up to 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends, holidays, or after 11:59am EST on weekdays will begin processing the following business day. Orders placed with UPS 1 or 2 Day shipping by 11:59am EST Monday through Friday will ship the same business day. Holidays: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day. Processing times subject to change during high volume sales and restocks.

RETURN POLICY

MAKEUP BY MARIO will accept returns on products purchased from makeupbymario.com within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund. MAKEUP BY MARIO reserves the right to refuse a return and exclusions may apply. To initiate a return, please email our customer care team at HELP@makeupbymario.com with your order number, items you are looking to return and the reason for return. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the client. A member of our Customer Care team will respond within 1-2 business days to assist you and provide further instructions. MAKEUP BY MARIO does not accept exchange orders. Only items purchased on makeupbymario.com may be returned.

CHANGES/CANCELATIONS

Makeup By Mario will accept cancellation requests but due to our quick processing times, cancellations are not guaranteed. Please email HELP@MAKEUPBYMARIO.COM AND WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO ACCOMMODATE YOUR REQUEST.
