Bonsoir j’ai commandé chez vous mon numéro de commande était le #681835 je suis déçu dégoûté vous n’avez mit aucun gifting même pas une petite pince cheveux ou quoi que ce soit pour mes 300€de commande plus également les 20€ de livraison ma foi voilà si c’est par rapport a la distance ok mais la qualité de l’envoie est vraiment médiocre les produits jeter dans le carton avec 2 feuilles de papier de soie même pas du papier bulle ou du carton pour pas qu’il y’ai des dégâts , pour le montant et outre je travail en parfumerie un petit cadeau n’aurait pas été de refus pour la commande que c’était j’ai voulu commander chez vous pour essayer la qualité du service et j’en suis vraiment déçu mais la qualité des produits est vraiment super rien à dire . Mais vraiment dommage pour le prix de la livraison et aucun gifting ne serait-ce que des échantillons de mascara ou de fond de teint .

I am enjoying the products but I did not receive the free highlighter being advertised with a 75.00 dollar purchase. False advertising is against the law. Messages sent to customer service, never heard back from them.
