• Line: Line the eye to the outer corner, but don’t stress if it’s not perfectly symmetrical.
• For smokey liner: Flip the pencil and use the brush to blend and soften the liner up and out a bit.
• To create a winged liner: Line the eye just past the outer corner and use the tip of the brush to gently wing out the liner toward the outer edge of the brow.
